How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Everything you order is personalised specifically for you. We try our best to get orders out for delivery to you within 24 hours. Please allow approximately 1-3 days on top of this for shipping of your item (likelihood is, it will be less!). Allow a little bit longer for countries outside of the EU.
Shipping
Once your order has been created shipping takes approximately 1-3 days. If you need your order in a hurry, please email us at info@teekaboo.com and we can expedite your order!
Cost of Shipping
We are currently offering a fixed cost of £4 only for postage and packing - a flat-rate no matter how many items you order.
Exchanges / Returns
There are NO exchanges or returns available on personalised items. When making your order please double check any spelling, upper-case and lower-case lettering and numbering, for this reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Currency...Do I Have to Pay in GBP?
The website is set up in GBP but all payment is done through Paypal. Paypal automatically converts your payment to your preferred currency. If you would like a quote from us in another currency, please email info@teekaboo.com
